What is Hypospadias?
Hypospadias is a birth defect in which the urethral opening is located on the underside of the penis, rather than at its tip. It can occur anywhere along the penile shaft, scrotum, or even the perineum in severe cases. It often occurs with penile curvature (chordee) and an incomplete foreskin.
